Jenny McBurnett | Director of WDAA Lifetime Points and Awards Program and Innovation

Jenny McBurnett grew up spending her weekends at the barn and her summers at riding camp in the Virginia countryside.  A multi-discipline equestrian with an upbringing in traditional hunt seat and horsemanship, Jenny found Western Dressage when retiring her horse from Eventing.  Jenny’s career background in data analytics and financial technologies is a great addition to oversee our Lifetime Points and Awards Program.

Jenny’s horse Comanche King has been training and competing in Western Dressage since 2015. The slow and steady improvement in Comanche King’s test scores and overall rideability is a testimonial to the progressive training system of Western Dressage that honors the horse as an individual.  

Weird but true fact about Jenny? “ I am an avid student of equine behavior and communication, particularly facial expressions of horses and their meaning!”
